Cancellation Policy

We recognise that plans can change, which is why we provide a flexible cancellation policy. Here are the details for your convenience:

• Free Cancellation Window: You can cancel your booking without any charge within 48 hours of making the initial payment. This gives you ample time to adjust your plans without any financial burden.

• Cancellation After 48 Hours: If you decide to cancel your booking after 48 hours from the initial payment, a cancellation fee of $95 will apply.

• Cancellation Close to Pick-up: In cases where the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up, the fee is 75% of the total booking cost.

Please be aware that these cancellation fees apply to each motorcycle in the booking. However, we also offer alternatives to cancellation: you have the option to reschedule your booking or use the amount as credit for a future service. We aim to provide flexibility and convenience to accommodate your changing needs."

We believe in being upfront with our clients. Here's the reason behind our cancellation fee:

Each of our trucks has a limited capacity, typically accommodating between 9 to 12 motorcycles. When you book a space, it's specifically reserved for your motorcycle. If a booking is cancelled, it results in a notable loss for us. This is because we plan our schedules and quote clients based on these reservations. More often than not, it's challenging for us to allocate that space to another client or move up another booking on short notice. Therefore, the cancellation fee helps to mitigate these losses.
