In short, no, we will not collect or deliver a bike that is unattended. This is both for safety precautions as well as insurance purposes.
On booking, you will nominate a contact person at each end who will meet our Driver. This person MUST be available between 8am - 4pm and contactable by phone on the designated day. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule a time with you in advance as there are a number of variable on the day such as number of jobs, loading/unloading time, locations, traffic, weather etc.
Should the contact person be unavailable, uncontactable or no one home, our Driver will return your bike to our depot and an additional local delivery fee will be charged for the second trip.
Please note: We will only collect from or deliver to the nominated contact person for security reasons. Should you need to change this, you must advise us prior to the designated day.
