Door to Door Service Where Possible

We have scheduled runs that leave daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly.  Our large fleet of 12 company-owned trucks means we can provide a door to door service in most areas; depending on accessibility and location.

Getting to your door depends on a variety of factors including truck access and distance off our main route. 

Most of our local trucks in urban areas are up to 10m long and 3.8m high, or up to 22 metres long and 4.3m high in regional areas which makes it impossible to reach some residential areas due to narrow roads, trees, power lines, city ordinances, and other road factors. The driver will attempt to get as close as possible to the delivery location, or we will arrange a convenient location like a shopping center or major service station to pick up or deliver your motorcycle

Many capital cities and major towns are a door service, as we have smaller local trucks that can pick up and deliver.  

Most country and rural areas will be serviced by a semi-trailer, and often our Driver cannot get to the door and will arrange a safe location to handover the motorcycle. Some very rural areas are too far off the major roads and that would affect the timing of our trucks route, so again, in this case, we would arrange to meet you at a suitable location.

We can collect from your home, office, holiday accommodation or a nominated address of your choice, as long as our trucks can get to it. Alternatively, depots are available if necessary in capital cities.
