Booking Process From Enquiry To Pickup

The booking process from enquiry to pickup:

BOOKING:

1. Email our customer care team for a quote, you’ll need the pickup and delivery addresses and bike details. You can email [e-mail] or complete an online quote form.

2. You'll receive an emailed quote within a few hours and if you're happy to proceed, simply let us know and we will provide the next available dates. We have set runs and will always book you into the next available spot unless requested otherwise. Dates are provided to you after your quote because our trucks fill up very fast and we want to give you the most up to date availability.

3. If you want to secure the dates, you complete our online booking form. Our freight team will process it and you’ll receive a booking confirmation of your move plus payment details.

4. You will then receive a complete and final booking confirmation from our Freight Department within 48 hours for you to double-check ALL details of the booking. 

PICKUP:

PLEASE NOTE: The confirmed contact person at each end MUST be present and be available between 8am and 4pm on the designated day. We will not collect or deliver unattended bikes, there must be someone to sign for it. Should the contact person be unavailable or no one home, our Driver will return your bike to our depot and an additional local delivery fee will be charged for the second trip. 

1. Our Driver will call the pickup contact person the day prior to, or the morning of the pickup date to arrange a timeframe, and on the day will inform you of any traffic or weather delays. This is the same for delivery, our Driver will contact the delivery contact person. If you are a third party please note our driver will not contact you, please contact our office directly. 

2. Each bike is inspected on pickup and delivery and a condition report is completed. Both the sender and receiver will receive a copy.

3. Our Drivers will load your bike unassisted onto our trucks using tailgate loaders, then strap down securely without the need for crates or packaging.
